EHBs Internal Portal Enhancements

As of December 20th, the EHBs Internal Portal has launched an upgraded user interface with the latest and most user-friendly standards. New HRSA Data Collection Platform for select FORHP Performance Reports

Performance Reports for the below programs are now located in the new HRSA Data Collection Platform. Once your Performance Report is created you will receive an email with a link for the new system, which you can access using your EHBs Login.gov credentials.

Black Lung Clinics Program (BLCP) Performance Reports

• Reporting Period July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024
Submission Open Date: August 1, 2024
Report Due Date: August 31, 2024

Delta States Rural Development Network (DSDN) Performance Reports

• Reporting Period: August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024
Submission Open Date: August 1, 2024
Report Due Date: August 31, 2024

Small Health Care Provider (SHCP) Performance Reports

• Reporting Period: August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024
Submission Open Date: August 1, 2024

HRSA will not accept FFR submissions through the HRSA Electronic Handbooks, the EHBs

Starting September 25, 2020, the EHBs will not accept FFR submissions. From October 1, 2020, the FFR report will be available in PMS to prepare, certify and submit to HRSA for review. Visit the PMS Website for instructions on how to request access to or update permissions to the FFR module.
